Are you looking for a great place to relax, get away from the crowds, and enjoy the beach? Consider Sugar Beach! The beach is a great place to go year-round. The spring and fall offer gorgeous sunsets, wide beaches, nice weather, and few people. The winter brings cooler nights, but often 60-70 degree days. And the summer speaks for itself. Sugar Beach Condominium complex has a wide beach, four pools (including a heated pool) and tennis courts. What more would you need? Consider our condo as this year's vacation destination.

We are sure you will love our constantly upgraded condo at Orange Beach. Orange Beach is adjacent to Gulf Shores. It is only a few homes and buildings East of Gulf State Park, which has a pier, lifeguards, and several miles of semi-unspoiled beach. Sugar Beach itself has four pools. Three are on the beach (one of these is a kiddie pool and one is heated). These pools on the front of the building are being rebuilt and will be larger and in a new design since Ivan. Another pool is on the second level between the buildings. There is a tennis court. There is a nice wide beach in front of the condominium complex. Parking is under cover and there are two elevators and luggage carriers for your convenience.

The unit itself has two bedrooms and two baths. It has a living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a new full size washer and dryer. We have totally refurbished the unit (i.e.- new laminate flooring, new furniture, new window treatments, bedspreads, new paint and wallpaper). And we are constantly doing more to improve the unit (see renovations page). THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. There is a view of the gulf from the porch.

If you are interested in renting it, let us know as soon as possible so we can block it out for you. We are booking early, so check our calendar and make plans as soon as possible.

SUGAR BEACH CONDOMINIUMS

 

 Sugar Beach Condominiums, located 3.5 miles east of Highway 59 in Orange Beach, is a large, 198 unit, three story, low-rise building located on 4 1/2 acres of prime beachfront property, with 270 feet on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Sugar Beach features four pools, (including one small kiddie pool and one heated pool), two elevators and one tennis court. Visit The Sugar Shack, located beachside (spring through early fall). Sugar Beach has covered parking under the building.

*This price includes cleaning on all rentals of 3 or more nights.

For shorter rentals, there is a $50 cleaning fee.

The ONLY additional charges are for parking ($15/car) and 11% tax.

There is no tax on rentals of 180 or more days.

When comparing our prices with others, please note that cleaning is included,

and we do not add extra processing fees, etc. to your cost (see below).

Logistical details:

·         Please note that this is a NON-SMOKING & NO PETS unit;

·         It is our policy not to rent to young people under 25 years of age;

·         E-mail us at LynnBrau@gmail.com with desired date or call us (757/868-4019) Please call before 9 pm EST;

·         Send $150 deposit ($50 for returning guests) and rental agreement (which you can print out, or I will e-mail or fax you) within 10 days of acceptance;

·         The check for the total amount due is to be sent to us 45 days before arrival;

·         We will send you the key and parking pass two weeks before arrival.

·         Your deposit will be fully returned to you within fourteen days of your departure, presuming the cleaning staff finds no damage to the condo, and the key is returned.
