Although
the beach is across the street, it is a small road. We are next to the public
beach which has a lifeguard and is a nice, wide and open beach. Complex
amenities include a pool, hot tub (pool in season only, tub available off
season for a small charge), a tennis court, basketball goal, workout room, air
hockey, a pool table, and a racquetball court (all-seasons). Click

The unit
is a NON-SMOKING unit. NO PETS are allowed.
If you
are interested in renting it, let us know as soon as possible so we can block
it out for you. We are booking early, so check our calendar and make plans as

Half
of your rent will be due with your rental agreement, in order to reserve the unit.
The
other half, plus $150 deposit needs to be sent one month prior to check-in,
so
that I can mail you the keys in plenty of time for your visit.
Return
guests only pay a $50 deposit.

Across from this incredible complex, there is a
beautiful, wide, life-guarded beach.
As part of the complex, there is a recreation center
with a pool, hot tub, tennis court, basketball court, weight room, air hockey
and pool tables, a racquetball court, and a restroom with a shower.
Bedrooms include one bedroom with a queen bed ...
One bedroom with twin beds ...
and a master bedroom with a king
bed.
The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub for your
enjoyment!
The
guest bathroom has a sauna shower!

great meals prepared in this fully-equipped kitchen -

This living room is bright due to the
many windows and skylight. Enjoy time with your family playing games and just
having fun!
While you are playing, enjoy watching the dolphins
from the deck!
From inside the unit, you can see dolphin playing in
the surf.
On rough days, you can see the waves break, on calm
days the waves are hidden behind the dunes.

Logistical details:
- Please note that this is a NON-SMOKING & NO
PETS unit;
- It is our policy not to rent to groups of young people
under 25 years of age;
- E-mail us at LBrau@cox.net with desired date or call us
(757/868-4019). We have two condos, please let us know if you are
requesting dates in
- Upon receipt of email and confirmation of dates being
available, a letter will be sent stating the entire payment due, and the
dates payments are due. The following is the general payment process:
- Half of the rental payment, or your
deposit, whichever is greater, is to be sent with the rental agreement (which you can print out, or I will
e-mail or fax you) within 10 days of acceptance;
- The other half of the payment plus
the $150 security/damage deposit ($50 for returning guests) is due one
month prior to arrival
- Keys will be sent to you when final
payment is received.
- Security deposit will be returned
within 14 days of the return of the keys
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to your
reserved dates.
- If cancellations need to be made less than 30 days prior
to your reserved dates, we will make every effort possible to re-rent the unit.
If it is re-rented, your payment will be returned. If the unit remains
un-rented, no monies that have been paid will be returned.
- In case of voluntary or mandatory evacuation (in case of
hurricane), any reserved dates that you are unable (due to evacuation) to
use, will be credited to you. You can either transfer these to another
date, or you may be refunded the money.
General
policy:
- We treat others the way we would like to be treated. :o)
