Since
purchasing the unit in 1997, we have continually painted and upgraded the unit
in the following ways:
- High-speed, wireless internet
- Full-sized refrigerator, washer/dryer
- New bedroom furniture and
mattresses
- New living room furniture
- New table and chairs on balcony
- NEW laminate floors (post-Ivan)
- New bedspreads and curtains in both
bedrooms
- Linoleum replaced with tile (Dec '00)
- Vertical blinds replaced with drapes
- Light fixtures in kitchen replaced
- Egg crate is provided for the sleeper
sofa (look in guest bedroom closet)
- New 27" TV in the living room
- New DVD/VCR/CD in living room.
- DVD and VCR in Master.
- TVs in every room (many kids videos)
- All rooms have been painted and
spruced up
- Seats at table and bar have been
recovered
- Answering machine
- Second phone (remote)
- New high chair
- More movies & games!
