A Picture is worth a Thousand Words!
Sugar Beach is a low-rise building in a low-density area. We have a large beach and pool area on front. Between the buildings on the first floor (above ground level), are another pool (lap pool) and tennis courts.
Our
new living room table seats more people, and is much more
comfortable!

Relax and enjoy movies or cable TV on our new 27 " TV and VCR.
We hope you enjoy the assortment of family videos that we have left for your enjoyment.
Get a quick bite, or fix a whole meal in the kitchen. You will also find all that you need for any type of cooking or baking (even a George Forman grill)!
You'll enjoy our new full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.
There is also a full sized washer and dryer in the kitchen.

Relax in the living room. Get comfortable in the new living room furniture as you read a good book. Hear the gulf waves through the sliding glass door.
Notice the gorgeous tile-work and the fun colors (new colors on wall on right are in the above pictures).
We have also replaced the fluorescent lighting with trac lighting.

The Master Bedroom:
We have a beautiful bedspread and
valance in the Master Bedroom.
We have replaced the vertical blinds with drapes.
The closet is quite large, too!
Step outside onto the balcony.

The Master Bathroom and vanity.

The Guest Bedroom
Relax in the soothing colors and seaside print.

We have had a beautiful view from our balcony!
This beach house was built a few summers ago. As you can see, it has affected our view, but it has not blocked it.
You can still enjoy a meal or just sit to enjoy the surf!
We also have a big table on the porch for those outside meals..

The far pool is heated. The near pool is for the kids!

The pool between the buildings is shaded in the afternoon, and is more of a lap pool. New tables and chaise lounges have been purchased for the front gathering area as well.

Enjoy a game of tennis before a walk on the beach or swim in the pool.

NEW BATHROOMS!!!
The new bathrooms (post Ivan) are bigger and better than ever.
There are also baby changing tables!
