· Weekend rate is 2 nights, except for Labor Day weekend.

· Weekly rate in the high season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) is Saturday to Saturday.

· Weekend rentals may be available within 2 weeks of rental if available

The only additional charge is 11.75% for tax.

Half of your rent will be due with your rental agreement, in order to reserve the unit.

The other half, plus $150 deposit needs to be sent one month prior to check-in.

Return guests only pay a $50 deposit.
