We
hope that this will give you a better idea of Sea Dunes J-5.
General comments:
- The entire process was quite simple. We especially appreciated the fact that
we did not have to pack linens. I
probably cannot say enough about the unit.
The amenities that you provide to your guests are unbelievable and
truly appreciated. You definitely
made us welcome and right at home.
The decor is perfect. The
sauna and Jacuzzi were also great.
On the whole, you are doing a wonderful job. We were even thinking about checking out
your other unit on the
- The Sunday night gathering was great. Very informative talk by the rescue
squad. The welcome gifts are a
wonderful idea. The pool and hot
tub were great.
- The most difficult part of our vacation was leaving!
- The process prior to arrival was excellent. No problems.
- It's a delightful holiday home tastefully decorated with every
comfort provided.
- Absolutely gorgeous
- It was one of the best places we've ever stayed! Thank you!
- We really enjoy Sea Dunes - we have been staying there for over 15
years. They do a great job. We would like to stay with you again

everything still worked out perfectly!
- You have really gone out of your way to make the process extremely

- Yes, we would be interested in returning - really appreciated the
bikes, paper products, sheets and towels, beach chairs, boogie boards,
sand toys. We really like the floor
instead of carpet. The sofa is a
big improvement!
- My father and the rest of my family rented your condo J-5 and I was
just writing to tell you what a wonderful time we had. Your condo was way
more then we expect (not saying we expected less) but it was fabulous. We
had such a blast. We are planning on attending next year. We enjoyed
staying in your condo and we hope to be back next year. Thank you so very
much for letting us stay.
- Beautiful!! It amazed me how you guys thought of every possible
need. It was nice and close to the beach.
- We were very pleased with the unit.
- Very clean and beautiful with a great view. We especially used and
appreciated the toys, books, high chair, baby gate, and bikes.
- The entire process prior to arrival was great. A very smooth and
hassle-free process. The unit was fantastic. The linens and
"extras" that were provided made our stay just that much better.
Very nice and quiet. Everything was great.
- Everything was well thought out on supplies, etc., so it was an
easy "away from home experience" (these folks stayed 2 months!)
- Spotless! It is wonderful how everything was ready (paper products,
beds made, etc). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
- Nice recreation room and pool!
- Unit was nicely decorated and furnished. We were very pleased with
the accommodations, especially the kids things.
My granddaughter was very happy! We have stayed at Sea Dunes before but in
a different unit. We like the complex and its location!
- Everything was clean and orderly. This is a little farther North
than we usually stay, but we liked the location.
- Very well equipped for all our needs. Everything is here!
- Very satisfied. We enjoyed not having to take our linens. All the
amenities were very nice. Especially having it cleaned when we left!
- Lovely! Floors are gorgeous, colors are wonderful, well-equipped.
When asked if they would rent our
unit again if returning to the Outer Banks, our guests said:
- Yes, it is beautiful and clean, great for kids and adults.
- Yes. This unit meets all of our needs.
- Definitely!
- If we were to return to OBX, it would be to J-5!
- Yes! We plan on telling our family, friends and co-workers about
J-5!
- Yes. We really liked your unit and the way it was furnished. We
will recommend it to others. Your unit is lovely and well furnished. WE
have stayed in another unit in Sea Dunes for about 3-4 years in the past
and your unit surpasses that unit.
- Yes, it is beautiful!

- Yes, we love the size of the condo, the location, the clubhouse,
pool, and all the nice things you supplied. Thanks for allowing us to rent
from you.
- Yes - it had everything we needed at an excellent price.
You may
be interested in knowing that our guests return the evaluation form with their
keys, so we receive evaluations from almost every guest. (I even
been known to send evaluation forms via email in order to hear from each
guest.) Anything that is mentioned by the guest that needs to be checked out is
e-mailed immediately to the folks who clean and manage the unit. They take care
of it immediately when a notice is left on the counter. Since we have been
handling all of our bookings (since August 2004), every evaluation has said
that the guests would return if coming back to the Outer Banks. I hope that
helps you feel better about our place!!! We hope to add you to the list of
satisfied and returning guests!!!
