- Here is a recommendation sent by a
previous guest to someone interested in renting from us. We thought this
might be helpful to you. We understand that it is a little scary to do
business with individuals, so this reference might help to put your mind
at ease:
"You have nothing to worry about with the Brau's. We were initially uneasy ourselves but have been
very pleased with the cleanliness, promptness of the Brau's
and the condo in general. We have been down and stayed two times and have plans
to go back in March. The kitchen has everything you can imagine you would ever
need to use in the kitchen. The condo has a very pleasant, happy feel about it.
They have kept it up to date as far as improvements. It's a great place to stay
and very centrally located. I don't when you are planning on going down, but in
the summer you can rent loungers and relax right on the beach in front of the
condo. They have enough pools on site for the entire family. The Brau's furnish upbeat videos for you to watch on the two
VCRs in the unit. We've never had any trouble with any of appliances...they are
all relatively new. The condo is attractively decorated and very serviceable.
We always had the keys about 2 1/2 weeks before we leave. The Brau's have been great. I've never met them but would like
to someday.
Also, they have all kinds of information and brochures in an organized folder
in the condo about the area and things to do. I think you will be very pleased.

our vacation back 3 weeks.

- The entire process prior to arrival
could not have been easier! The unit exceened
our expectations! WE loved the decor and had more than we needed. It was
so comfortable. The complex was very well kept and clean. It was very safe
feeling. We hope to return and would like to stay longer next time. We
look forward to another visit.

condo. Everything was as expected and much more. I would say that we will be back, but we try and go to a different place each year to see some part of the country we have not yet seen, but if we do come back to the Gulf, we will be contacting you. From the initial contact to arrangements for our departure, everything had a personal touch that made our trip and visit the best vacation we've had yet. - You may be interested in knowing that
our guests return the evaluation form with their keys, so we receive
evaluations from almost every guest. Anything that is mentioned by the
guest that needs to be checked out, is e-mailed immediately to the folks
who clean and manage the unit. They take care of it immediately. Since we
have been handling all of our bookings (since April, 2000), we have only
received one evaluation form on which the guest said they may not return,
and that was due to the size of their family (they need more than 2
bedrooms). Everyone else has said they would love to return. I hope that
helps you feel better about our place!!! We hope to add you to the list of
satisfied and returning guests!!!
